Dave and I have been searching for a good potato fork for some time, new they can be as much as 80€…….second hand 40€…….keeping an eye out on Ebay, i saw this one and one with bigger spaced “tines” minus their handles for 35€ including postage !
So Dave finally found a use for the piece of Box wood he has had for some years, and we have a fork and a spare :O)
It WAS cut somewhat shorter than this after this was taken !
a BLACK ( well very dark ) praying mantis……first one I've ever seen this colour, we have had a lot this year, there are more in this Blog later on, green and straw coloured.
