2008-09-20 visit to the Ardeche

We had a visit to St Jean to see our new grand daughter/great- grand daughter Eleanor Lucy.





And Jon of course!

Great Granny tries her hand at some soothing words.............

2008-09-15 Mum & Dad on the plage at Vias

We met Mum & Dad from the plane at about 10.30am, had a relaxing breakfast (the second for all of us!!) then this was taken on the beach about an hour later.



But, we soon put them to work, well Mum to the lavender and Dad to the peeling of the pickling onions.........

2008-09-13 Bridge du Millau

The Bridge at Millau is worth a visit for so many reasons, the sheer scale of the structure and the incredible way in which it was constructed to name but two. we when there with Mike & Sarah and of course visited the Roquefort caves after !!

We have a new bench, at the top of the garden................here is Mike starting the digging.

2008-09-09 4x4 gets its new number plate

At last ! the 4x4 has passed all its tests .........and we are allowed to change to French plates...........

2008-09-06 Vide Grenier St Chinian

We did our first 'Vide Grenier' at St Chinian, and managed to get rid of at least half of the things we no longer want!!




There was no price tag on Dave so he didn't sell !!
