2011-03-10 THE NEW DOOR

We decided to buy a new door.........nothing from any of the DIY shops would fit, so we had it made, Valentin and Robin, using wood from Frederic took about 3 months to produce a beauty of a door, all we need is the castle to go with it !!

It is what the english call a 'stable door', and the French call a 'farm door', this alone caused our first problems.

Here it is being made :-
