2011-04-13 Wisteria in full bloom.

 

 

the best year yet, three years old and going well…….

 

A foot note picture……..these are the local sheep farmers, the sheep are behind, the farmers son is driving the quad, his grandmother (the shepherdess , is on the back with one of her dogs) and the sons, son is on the front of the quad……..it took an age to convince the sheep to pass Frederic's Toyota, but they did eventually with a little persuasion from the other dog.

2011-04-11 Pont du Gard

 

On our way back from the Ardeche, we visit the Pont du Gard….

Warning, you do need several hours to take it all in, the museum and cinema alone took us over an hour and we only skimmed it, you can however just walk to the bridge and back in about half  an hour.

(it costs €15 per car whatever you do, so stay all day !!)
