A big surprise ...........the 'stone' surround on the first window is revealed as being fake !! its cement covering brick, clever hey ?? even a line drawn half way to look like two stones.....
Dave is cutting the new lintels from some of Annicks old beams which might be oak, or more likely very old chestnut.
Here is Jeremy's (the builder) glamorous assistant giving them a coat of protection.
